Jen's Phitness Retreat is perfect for women of all ages and all fitness levels and needs. Phitness Retreat is similar to Phat Camp, but you’ll be a part of a smaller group, allowing you to enjoy even more one-on-one time with Jen and her staff. The Retreat is held for 2 ½ days in Jen's home state of North Carolina. There are limited spots for each weekend. We’ll coordinate your arrival at the Phitness Retreat. We’ll pick you up upon your airport arrival and drop you off for your scheduled departure. We’ll even arrange your hotel stay. The cost of the Phitness Retreat is $400 and it is sure to be a weekend you won’t forget! At the Phitness Retreat you’ll do five workouts and a variety of cardio sessions. You’ll also receive a starter pack of supplements and you’ll have lunches and dinner with Jen and her staff! You are responsible for your airfare, food, restaurant meals, and  hotel fees. This savings includes our free airport transportation if your organize with our team. We do it all. You just pick a date, register and pay, and show up with a smile!
